WeSort.AI GmbH is a high-tech start-up from Würzburg that is revolutionizing recycling through artificial intelligence and is thus making a significant contribution to the urgently needed circular economy. Our deep learning systems enable both granular analysis and sorting of, for example, electronic waste and various plastics. In 2023, we were one of six start-ups nationwide to be awarded the prestigious Founders' Prize plus from the Federal Ministry of Economics (BMWK) for our systems. In 2024, we received the next major award as one of the winners of the German Founders' Prize, initiated by Stern, Sparkasse, ZDF and Porsche.

In addition, at WeSort.AI we work on research projects with well-known partners such as Fraunhofer and Siemens to combat climate change and ocean pollution.

Working hours: Full time (40 hours/week)

This is your new passion

Sales of AI-based recycling sorting systems
Identification, contact initiation and acquisition of new customers as well as maintenance and expansion of existing customer relationships
Developing technical specifications for special machines and AI software projects
Preparation of presentations and sales documents
Creation and presentation of sales offers
Maintaining customer information and documenting sales activities and results in the CRM system
Attending trade fairs, conferences and other networking events to represent the company
Helping to shape the strategic direction
Organizing presentations and trade fairs
Unconditional willingness to travel and desire for developments in the team on site

You inspire us

Preferred qualifications

Completed degree in industrial engineering or comparable studies
5 years of experience in the sales of special machines with a high software content
3 years of experience in waste management
Initial experience in the area of employee management

Minimum qualifications

Completed studies in a technical or business field
3 years of experience in the sales of complex technical products
Extreme desire to develop quickly and help shape things
